CONNECTION
To connect the personal, professional and organizational, emphasizing ‘self’ mastery as the launchpad for heightened self awareness/ organizational awareness.
SELF EXAMINATION
To examine Self, Vision & Purpose, Soft Skills – Communication & Relationship Building, Leadership, Culture & Change across Personal, Professional and Organisational lenses.
Strategic Foresight
To couch DES strategies and frameworks as ‘roadmaps’ towards whole school success drawing on LAOS, SSE, Cosán, Safe Use of Technology as Professionals.
DEVELOPMENT
To incorporate development of ‘soft skills’ in teaching students entering an AI enveloped world.
SELF ASSESSMENT
To introduce journaling as an anchor for ongoing self-assessment, self-reflection and EQ building.
REFLECTION
To introduce ITC Mapping as a reflective tool, re-framing ‘Change Orientation’ as an individual responsibility, shaping organizational readiness.
ENCOURAGEMENT
To encourage teachers, T/Principals & Admin Principals to embrace ‘Web Wise’ approaches to school-wide IT usage.
